Homelessness is the most visible consequence of the housing shortage. But there's also 2 million more 18-35 year olds living with their parents than 20 years ago.
Living with parents has been a growing phenomenon over the last generation; the proportion of 18-34-year-olds living with their parents has grown significantly over the past two decades.

Appreciate this may not be a universally popular opinion but the less you treat BlueSky as a crusade or cause, and the more you position it as simply a superior user experience with a better governance approach, the more sustainable the growth will be.
