My panic attacks are so fucking embarrassing like. I just break down crying and sobbing in a way that adult humans are not expected to do unless we are currently cradling a dead or dying loved one, but the reason I’m crying is like. I had to go outside.

On the bright side I saw some nice eiders frolicking by the town docks today. Birds (seagulls excluded unfortunately) always cheer me up.

When my gallbladder acted up, I listened to I Don’t Speak German and Tuckered Out. Now I’ve got back problems and suddenly all I want to listen to is Weird Little Guys. Conclusion: physical pain makes me want to listen to depressing podcasts about fascists. Probably ‘cause I’m already crying.
