THIS. I believe a lot of the recent activity in my neighborhood was to gauge how many people came out and how to distract us so they can do their work without resistance
I'll say from my perspective here the biggest shift was they stopped being demonstrative and running around downtown. They focused the surge here mainly in neighborhoods where they could attack immigrants without as many white people around to come yell. People are still getting kidnapped here.
