I think sometime around July I stopped biking everyday and I was super slacking on actively biking hard so my biking ftp plummeted hard
This month I started doing higher average watts each session (going from 100-110 to 130+) and now my ftp has gotten back to what it was in January 😭

Started playing mhwilds again after taking a break when akuma dropped
Saw my damage output and went "oh okay I'm still doing okay damage"
Started farming 9* tempered hunts and then got fucking one shot by gore's overhead slam attack due to me missing the bow dodge
I'm definitely armor gapped...
