I think sometime around July I stopped biking everyday and I was super slacking on actively biking hard so my biking ftp plummeted hard
This month I started doing higher average watts each session (going from 100-110 to 130+) and now my ftp has gotten back to what it was in January 😭

I gave him two attempts yesterday and carted 3 times each attempt because I was getting 1 shot, so I started using gear with not negative thunder resist and im at 400 def instead of 300 LMFAOOOO
Can definitely push it lower, I still got hit too many times due to being bad :(
