i mean, the press repeatedly told the public that he wasn't going to *do* project 2025! repeatedly! it was a major part of their coverage of him!
I hold a lot of disdain for the people who didn’t see this coming given P2025 but it does seem like the actual support for these goals is nonexistent, everyone who voted for him did so under the incredibly stupid assumption that he wouldn’t do this

don't complain to the voice actors, don't complain to the devs, complain to the big corporations who still won't sign on completely reasonable asks from the union
For everyone complaining: we’re still on strike. We would like to work, but until we get a fair deal, our concerns regarding AI addressed, etc, we will not. I’m sorry this affects your games, but it also affects our ability to pay our rent and grocery bills.

The tiktok ban is obviously a huge problem for a lot of reasons, but I think it's possible for us to make the best of it. Without tiktok, we all have a lot more time on our hands to read, organize, and engage in irl community. I've already got plans for how I can use my new free time more usefully 💕
