81 years ago, FDR proposed a second Bill of Rights to guarantee every American the right to employment, healthcare, education, housing, and a living income. His words are as relevant now as they were then. Watch.

Bluesky is Aurorasky tonight! 😍🎨 So gorgeous, woohoooo!
Surfing hundreds of images from all over the map yet my "trending" has yet to register the event. 😱 So may I suggest that the top trending "Dancing With The Stars" serves (poetically) to cover both? 🤩🤩🤩
I took over 800 aurora photos tonight. I'm not going to share every one of them, but I'm definitely gonna share a bunch. So you might wanna mute me if you don't wanna see sky colors! I'll try to get it out of my system tonight, we'll see how long I can stay up sorting photos.
Just unreal, it will never get old. I feel like I just feel more awe every time.

spoke with the executive director of my local food bank today and got this really incredible line: "if you donate 1 can of green beans, we can give away 1 can of green beans. but if you donate a dollar, we can give away 6 cans of green beans"

This is Oakley. He has an injury that requires physical therapy and at-home massages. Luckily, his cat sibling River has been training his whole life for this. 14/10 for both

This moment says everything about why Zohran Mamdani won.

A journalist in a wheelchair asked about accessibility and Mamdani didn’t talk down to him, didn’t deflect, didn’t politicize it. He listened.

He’s the kind of leader who respects everyone, every faith, every class, every flag.

A beautiful story about a beautiful man in an occupied neighborhood in my occupied city. We are all worse off for this loss, and I am so grateful to local independent journalists for calling attention to it.
Gael Gomez and his family are all but certain to leave the country this week, upending the lives they’ve built in D.C.

But Mount Pleasant's 19-year-old sidewalk astronomer wants people to keep looking up — at the sky and in life.

Tonight you have delivered a mandate for change.

If anyone can show a nation betrayed by Donald Trump how to defeat him, it is the city that gave rise to him.

New York will remain a city of immigrants, a city built by immigrants, powered by immigrants and as of tonight, led by an immigrant. -ZM
