President Biden says the Equal Rights Amendment is “the law of the land" but there's still another step -- and a legal fight -- ahead.
Biden says the Equal Rights Amendment is law. What happens next is unclear
To come into effect, the constitutional amendment would need to be formally published or certified by the National Archivist who has declined to do so in the past. What happens now is unclear.

Like honestly the definition of positive masculinity is Bobby on 911. He always gives his wife played by Angela Bassett her flowers. He is NEVER threatened by her excellence. He just knows she’s always the hero.

I mean I guess TY Ryan Murphy, you’re wild but you gave us Athena

2. Even with Silver CSR/94 plans with full premium tax credit , the rates for the ER is going to $500+.

How is that supposed to work when half the country doesn’t have $500

1. The Insurance industry has learned how to game the ACA to its financial benefit

They game the Medical Loss Ratios. They contract networks and use Denials to reduce costs

They set co-insurance at levels that they know patients can’t pay

I love with the ACA has done for people with pre-existing conditions. But.

Let's face reality, ACA 2013 was a different world. Since then Insurance Companies have learned how to game the system.

For the subsidized silver/94 and /87 plans, around ~15 % of taxpayer $ stays with ins comps!

Laken Riley Act has just passed the house. We know why this was put into place, but my question is this...

Where is the Tamir Rice Act, The Ahmaud Arbery Act, The George Floyd Act...
I could list more, but I would need at least a 5 Million character limit increase.
