A fresh start.
Since the comments have been turned off (And quite sensibly, I must be honest) I just want to use this space to say I've never read a comic book with the Fantastic Four in, and I had no idea what Civil War was, or that it was notoriously badly written, until after I wrote my original comment. Sorry.
If you’re going to be mad at civil war character writing you lost at chess to a dog

Never thought my personality would be summed up so well by someone called "Turbo Glob Extraordinare", but there's a first time for everything on the internet.
I'm terrible at video games but I'm good at being a friend

I've seen the sprites of Super Mario World hundreds of thousands of times, and this kind of freaks me out. No Outlines Mario looks especially odd.

I wonder if growing up with flash games where sprites from all sorts of Mario games were merged together made this mix of styles less obvious?
Super Mario World has an extremely eclectic art style whereby many enemies are drawn in completely different ways. Development files reveal Mario went through many stylistic changes; it is possible that all the enemies were made to fit Mario, but at different points in time.

1. An instruction manual written in seven different languages.
2. At least one bit of music that makes me go "Ooh, yeah, I like this one", or some variation thereof.
3. Random rooms that serve no purpose other than cool worldbuilding.
4. The ability to change your character's haircut.
5. Penguins.

Just a tiny hint about social media usage:

I am here to be social and I do not define social as “replying with a definition that ChatGPT spit out”

If I wanted ChatGPT, I would be on ChatGPT. Why do these people think they have access to some kind of rare resource?

Genuine question for people, how long after Halloween is it still okay to release a Halloween Special on YouTube, without it tanking completely? A week? A few days? No time at all?

Post q perfect album from the '90s that's not Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, or Alice in Chains (And given I'm not a fan of any of those bands, this was quite easy!)

Tonight on The Smart-Casual Gamer, I film my hands and record a video about a keychain I got for £2.50 in Flying Tiger! Also contains rambling, references to Transformers G1, and criticism of 1980s Doctor Who costumes.

Rewatching the video by @cartoonshi.bsky.social from a few months back about the utter mess that was the phrase "Animation in Cinema" on the internet, which started out as a fine idea, and just totally lost its meaning pretty quickly.

"Please diversify your taste in animated films."

Truly truly truly gorgeous new Thundercracker for Studio Series '86. As I'm not in need of a new Thundercracker, I'm going to wait for the Starscream redeco, but this is genuinely the best Seeker toy we've ever had. Truly gorgeous toy.

A lovely message from friend of the channel Fedoragoat. It's amazing to think we've been waddling around and meeting new friends for 20 years. Twenty years of parties, games, music, and a fun, friendly community.

Thank you especially to @cpjourney.net, for keeping the island active and safe.
Happy 20th Birthday to Club Penguin. And a big shoutout to Club Penguin Journey for not only being a really cool place to relive the golden age (without membership!) but also for a kickass 20th Bday celebration <3 #waddleon #clubpenguin
