In Breath of Fire II, talking to an NPC that's out-of-bounds or inaccessible using a cheat device (such as going to Bow in TownShip as Ryu solo instead of talking to an NPC in Capitan that auto-warps you back to Bow anyway) will produce this dialogue, which calls out the date of the game build.

To be clear: the updated statements are *complete shameless lies, no exceptions.* Vaccines *do not cause autism.* This is backed up by *overwhelming* evidence. The CDC is actively lying directly to the American people. Any journalist who doesn't lead with a demand for adv explanation needs to quit.
