A company pays the tariff, and raises their prices to get that money. That price is paid by the consumer.

I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.

I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt.

But it’s the only way for tariffs to be seen for what they are

Such a disappointing setback. There has long been lack of diversity in clinical trials. Why does that matter? Because without it, we don’t get a clear picture as to the efficacy of treatments for different populations. We don’t know if - or how well - they will work for them.
