Decided to experiment with a homemade version of the sausage & egg “McMuffin”. I used pork mince instead of sausage meat to make the patties. Added some thyme, rosemary & brown sugar. Cooked it in the air fryer & finish it in the frying pan. Then fried the egg in the pork grease. Unbelievable 😋
