A decisão da RedHat de não mais disponibilizar os fontes do RHEL me parece equivocada.
A Software Freedom Conservancy fez uma excelente análise, o qual vou apontar no post seguinte.
Segundo ela, a ideia de impor restrições à distribuição do código fonte poderia ser uma violação da GPL.
