I wouldn't go so far as to suggest to totally abolish ICE myself, but I would restrict their activities to act within the constitution, due process and the law. I WOULD forbid them from wearing masks, as wearing them makes them more likely to be violent.
If ICE agents didn't wear masks, they would be FAMOUS for all the wrong reasons. So if you wanna see mass resignations, prevent them from wearing masks.
That said, abolishing ICE is the only way to truly prevent more violence, harm and murder.

You almost never hear of persons with inherited wealth ever going to prison for their crimes. Sometimes people with "new money" will go to prison for their crimes. However, generally, if you are wealthy, you don't go to prison in the U.S. ...
