My lunches lately have just been a mixture of leftovers. But it often ends up being a protein abomination. Today, it's chicken, tofu, salmon, and beans. Pray my stomach doesn't die.

Does anyone have good advice/opinions about 401k and roth/ira? Im told it's important to have, but it being involved with stocks and stuff makes me wary. I get told as if it's a solid guarantee I get money no matter what. But that feels too good to be true

Starting to suspect we don’t have a mental illness issue, but rather we just have societal problems and we pretended everyone was okay with it before, when obviously they weren’t. None of this makes sense down to a microscopic level.
