Developing discernment between "annoying" & "injurious" & letting the former go, over and over, is an extremely underrated skill, worth developing
you simply cannot build a real coalition without working with people who annoy you. you might even need to acknowlede the strengths of people that annoy you! that's been the biggest disparity between what's happening in real life on the ground and the conversations i see when i log on to bluesky.

my job ended as it was basically a popup event and they were unable to extend it. 💔 so i am opening some slots !! ^__^ just keep in mind i have a backlog & am dealing with multiple family deaths, so i will not start these until around march!
