So... The idea is for the "great, wise, GOP" figure out how and why to reduce ACA coverage costs which the marketplace participants offer...okay, there's sorta a strategy there... Not as direct as could be anticipated, but that would force the GOP to actually talk about lowering #healthcare costs!
