Hello. Is this DC Tenant Services? I’d like to initiate an eviction process for a property I and others own. The reason? The current tenant has destroyed part of the property. Address? 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Beautiful white house and you’ll see that a whole side of the house has been demolished.
