So people tend you blurt out “I’m having an anxiety attack” when they’re having an anxiety attack?
I’ve only had a couple anxiety attacks and in the moment I didn’t really know what was happening. I was just freaking out and breaking down and going THRU it.

The NYC mayoral election is not an indictment on Trump, but the Democratic Party. Stale, bland, uninspired leadership isn’t what the people want. Zohran Mamdani is young and will make mistakes but proud of New Yorkers for at least being willing to try disruption.

Forever grateful to my therapist. In 3 years she helped me heal from 30 years of trauma. It’s been a year or so since we last spoke & I truly feel like she set me up for success. Literally everything in my life improved & I can identify/avoid/survive triggers.

Ima try to get this removed. I heard you can get a “skin tag removal” without like a full surgery. Not sure if this is a mole or skin tag, but Ima ask my doctor. Feels like it’s growing.

Cut it up in bit sized chunks and pulled all these seeds out the watermelon just for my dog to act like it was beneath her. Never saw an animal look so disgusted. Like girl you just had a possum in ur mouth last week wth??
Now I gotta throw this watermelon away, I’m hurt. Where is my support group?
