A photo of Trump grinning next to Vladimir Putin hanging in the Palm Room of the White House. Incredible. Because nothing screams ‘strong leadership’ like proudly displaying a portrait with a foreign autocrat in one of the most symbolic rooms in the building. This is not ok.

Trump giving the US Universal Health Care to distract from the Epstein files would be a wild timeline.

Trump betrays EVERYONE to protect his own ass, even the private health care industry.

my Blackest opinion is that the presumption of conflict between "America has a long and deeply rooted history of violence" and "we can and should fight against today's version of that, as did those who came before us" is less a philosophical debate about how to treat the past and more a skill issue

I'm as left as they come, but I just think the left needs to stop treating White Guilt like Catholic Guilt. "Nuh uh we don't do that. We just want to keep saying America was founded on slavery and you are all born evil for being part of it!"

Guilt isn't Marketable. Name the heroes, not the villains

Donald Trump is too busy giving Americans whiplash rather than the care they need.

The abrupt issuance then reversal of cutting life-saving programs sent providers and communities into a tailspin.

The administration continues making life and death decisions in a reckless way.
In sudden reversal, Trump administration restores millions in mental health grants for Illinois after day of confusion
The reversal came after a day of shock and confusion for agencies and nonprofits that provide mental health and substance use disorder services.

Gen AI is is gross. I'm not mincing words on that.

I just have sympathy for games that were in development between 2022 and 2025, like E33 and Arc Raiders.

It straddled a time window where Gen AI was a "neat new experimental tool" for developers. The ethical concern wasn't common knowledge yet.

This Phenomenon:

Very popular games that go long enough without a sequel are doomed to have the sequel be panned by a loud minority.

50+ Hours is a healthy playtime for any game. A great sequel to a game most played for 50 hours is going to fail those who played the same game for 1000 hours.

That -11% YoY traffic reduction is actually a bit more impressive than it seems bc traffic was actually getting 3-5% *worse* each year prior.

The true reduction is closer to 14%-16% compared to where we would be without the tolls today.
