The gutting of HHS and the CDC will literally and directly lead to the sickening and deaths of millions of Americans, and many more globally. Far more than that will suffer needlessly. This is horrific.

According to a source I have at the CIA, Director Radcliffe lied today under oath. Signal is absolutely not loaded on agency computers. As a matter of fact it’s specifically prohibited as an outside app. Skype is allowed for conference calls but not Signal. He’s lying. @markwarner.bsky.social

I 100% agree with this take and think it is infuriating. See also: phone trees. Lets them employ less humans, saves them money, wastes consumers’ time and probably saves them money when we get frustrated and give up.
Companies: Don't keep telling me to use your stupid chatbot for answering questions I need a human being for. SO SICK of this being portrayed as though it is some big advantage to consumers, when it is a big con and wastes my time!
