i hate modern day companies, the leadership genuinely is so detached from the markets theyre trying to lead that they dont even do basic market research anymore like normal people, they just throw money at stuff and figure it will work

I legitimately didn't know they were competing with Steam and it's crazy to me that they burnt so much money on what sounds like something with very little (or wildly misguided) market research.
