Très triste. La bibliothèque, accessible aux gens de Stanstead (Québec) et de Derby Line (Vermont), était un symbole de voisinage amical. Plus maintenant. La construction d’une porte séparée côté canadien en laisse sûrement plusieurs - des deux côtés - à se demander comment on en est arrivés là.
