Representing 38,000 workers across Illinois and Northwest Indiana
During the Super Bowl, you’re going to see ads from corporations responsible for working people’s pain. Ads were sold for over $8 million.

Meanwhile, many of us live paycheck to paycheck. We’re on social media today with our own proposal.

Unionize. Organize. Fight.

Black Labor. Black Pride. This nation and our movement was built on the backs of Black workers who challenged exploitation and injustice.

We won’t back down. Not today, not tomorrow, or any day. We will continue the fight for justice and equity. #BlackHistoryMonth

In 5 days, Haitians with Temporary Protected Status will become vulnerable to a cruel deportation agenda. After years of paying taxes, and working in healthcare & other essential roles, the Trump admin is stripping them of protections. There is a solution. Call Congress: 1-888-204-8329 #TPSjustice

Myra, a nurse in Pennsylvania, shared how deeply painful it is to see the killing of Alex Pretti, especially seeing how he was trying to help someone.

And in the midst of all this tragedy, we’re being told not to believe our own eyes. 😔

The history of this country is filled with people standing righteously against injustice. The history of SEIU Local 73 has been in organizing working people to use the power that is already ours!

The time is now to ACT in that tradition.

But it’s time to realize that those are the wrong directions.
It’s up versus down.

The math is MATHING and the results are IN. 📈 Working people stood up and sent a clear, powerful message at the ballot box.

Candidates who prioritize workers—like Mamdani, Sherrill, and Spanberger—won BIG.

The power of a united front is undeniable.

Let's keep this momentum!
