A failed president who incited a coup attempt and then was found liable of sexual assault and then was convicted of felonies won the popular vote and electoral college. I still haven’t seen a satisfactory explanation. Probably never will.

I hate when they take away things you were just starting to really enjoy, like your favorite TV show or democracy.

I sometimes am shocked to hear that not everyone knows about the GRO’s own birth and death indexes and cheaper digital certificate copies for England and Wales. Here’s some more detail. Don’t pay more than you need to!

With Dr. Mehmet Oz pegged to head the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, it's a good time to remind people that he once said this 👇

As a medical historian, I can say that this is quite literally medieval.

This is Pete Seeger’s banjo at the Bluegrass Hall of Fame Museum. He was inspired by Woody Guthrie, who had a label on his guitar reading “This machine kills fascists.” May the spirit of both these men guide us now.

Watching Pittsburgh wake up from the Mr. Rogers statue on the North Shore never gets old for me. You can hear Fred on the speakers telling stories, and it’s just so relaxing. View ain’t bad either.
