(1/3 of UK farmland is rented to tenants) Real farmers should be exempt but those that buy to let should pay at least 40%.

Almost all of the UK farmers I’ve met were tenant farmers - who would have loved to be able to afford to buy a farm but were priced out of the market by demand from "investors" like Dyson and Webber - all these farmers could hope to pass on to their children was a tenancy contract.
