I heard my first ACA premium hike story IRL. She saw her health insurance premiums go up from $600 to $1900 a month.
Unfortunately, they are the median voter so they thought the Democrats didn't want to renew the subsidies (WTF read a single article). I gently corrected her, but who even knows.
