Myth 1: Being young and fit protects you from #LongCovid
Fact: WRONG ! all ages & fitness levels can be affected including kids & athletes - often after mild or asymptomatic infection. There’s no way to predict who will be affected or how serious that it may be
Many are still ill after 6 years!
