I am just now learning of @npr.org great Susan Stamberg’s passing. I love her voice; it was THE sound of public radio for me when I first started listening. I hope to hear her recipe for cranberry relish this year on @wuft.org

Why does this new bottle of All Free and Clear laundry detergent (right) list ethanol as an ingredient, while their SmartLabel listing does not? Also, 73 fluid oz as opposed to 88 (current bottle, left), but still 49 uses.

Me, sweaty and smiling, wearing my purple Alzheimer’s shirt that reads The day with the most light is the day we fight. I had just finished my run on Saturday. The Garmin image titled Run the Longest Day for ALZ 💜 shows I ran 6.21 miles in an hour and 18 minutes. It also shares the superfluous details that my average heart rate was 147, my average pace was 12:38/mile, and I burnt 616 calories.

My night-blooming cactus flower with my 3.7 Charity Miles and the sponsor UCAN. The flower has creamy white petals and pale green sepals that are tipped in pink — they enclose the flower before it opens. It has a ton of tiny white anthers tipped in pollen that attract moths and other night-flying insects.

ICE stormed into the wrong house, trashed the place, and made women/girls stand outside in the rain in their underwear. ICE also stole phones, laptops, and cash savings from the family, who moved to OKC two weeks ago.
