Karma, an act of God, themselves, Chelsea?

Any of the above fine with me 😂.
Comfortably top of the Premier League. The most impressive team in the Champions League.

Who can stop Arsenal?

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

2025 has been a heck of a year for Spurs. Record PL defeats, Mourinho-ball our way to a Euro cup with a deeply unserious manager who is deservedly sacked. Appoint a competent polar opposite - who needs time...but it's not looking great right now 😶. Oh and Levy gone too 😂. COYS, regardless I guess.

Unfortunately for Arne Slot his Liverpool team doesn't travel to Tottenham until 20 December.

This week has been an antidote to power club football. Make do and mend teams, full of faulty parts giving their people a night or two of glorious delirium.

Annual reminder that politicians here took the populist decision to abolish the 11+ but lacked the courage to replace it with anything that tackles educational disadvantage so basically handed academic selection over to the market and we are left with something worse.

Should have been a comfortable win for Slovakia imho. No quality up front sadly and Peacock-Farrell always has a flap up his sleeve.
Despite a 1-0 defeat to Slovakia, Northern Ireland have a place in the World Cup play-offs after Croatia's victory over the Faroe Islands.

No one should be able to own more than one property.
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

De Niro's toughest role yet.
Ivan Juric has been sacked by Atalanta after 15 matches in charge.

Juric oversaw just two wins from his 11 Serie A games at the helm, having won just one of his 14 matches in charge of Southampton last season.

Keeping up the tradition of collecting the CD versions of the Dylan bootlegs and finding this collection surprisingly moving to listen to.

At the end of the day he is an Arsenal supporter though.

Less hallowed, more Halloween-esque trip to see Tottenham in the flesh this evening. Indefensibly poor.

Let's see where this season goes. Zero interest in fantasising over an imaginary 3rd season of Ange slappings. We are where we are 😂. #COYS

Third place
Joint top scorers
Second tightest defence

Spurs can and should be playing a lot better but this is decent in the meantime. #COYS

Not great from Spurs tonight. There have been many away performances like this in early European games but until recently we've had the luxury of being bailed out by a generational talent upfront. #COYS
