A year ago today DTMF was released. While sheltering from the LA wildfires, I wrote about it. Revisiting this album while reading Jorell Meléndez-Badillo’s epic and sensitive record of PR, Puerto Rico: A National History has been… emotional. To say the least. (wish I had the book when I wrote this!)

The US literally kidnapped Maduro on the anniversary of kidnapping the Panamanian leader in 1990.
I'm seeing some comments saying stuff like "No US President has ever done anything like the kidnapping of Maduro before" and altho I relate to the outrage behind such a comment, I encourage you to look up the history of United States presidents before you post this
