legalising assisted dying when you're simultaneously slashing disability benefits is simply coercing people into suicide and could legally be considered manslaughter

Fuel the rebellion. Tell your MP to vote against the cruel cut.

Thank you to the over 70 Labour MPs who have had the courage to step up and back a motion opposing Keir Starmer’s controversial cuts to disability benefits which on the governments own analysis will plunge hundreds of thousands of people into poverty 👏

A quarter of Labour MPs are prepared to rebel on cuts to disability benefits. Three-quarters of Labour MPs should consider their consciences.

#PIP

The toxic DWP are sending out a vile survey asking disabled people in receipt of PIP spend their money

They have no legal right to ask & you have no legal obligation to fill it in!

It is absolutely spectacular that Labour's team heard "Sir Kid Starver" and decided to lean into. No notes from me.
Labour have leaked they might scrap free school meals for infants & free period products for girls in schools

Yes Lab might be suggesting these things to make what they actually do more palatable, but if thats the case is this fearmongering the grown up politics we were promised

Last year, Sarah Edwards the MP for Tamworth stood up in the house of commons demanding asylum seekers be moved from a local hotel which she named. A few days later it was attacked and set on fire in the August race riots. These people want to put targets on the backs of vulnerable people.
Meanwhile, the Labour by-election candidate is simply letting you know what the party's about now:

We're back to that old sick pattern again. 300-400 in a day is a large massacre, 50-100 is just the daily 'normal' massacre.
All through last year the numbers were so consistent that it felt calibrated. Over 100 would reach the media, less than was just 'meh'.

Cutting benefits payments *specifically* for people deemed unable to work due to illness or disability is a genuinely shocking choice from Labour.

Aside from the incredibly obvious moral horror of it, it shows how our economy is set up all wrong. #r4today

This is shocking. ITV reporting that even those with extreme disabilities in the unfit to work category are likely to lose money under new government plans. Charities have branded the move catastrophic

Liberals don't get to get away with this because "this isn't what I voted for" after shouting everyone down who told them that this is exactly what we'd get if Labour got in. This is your fault
