As a DEI strategy manager, I have this conversation often. While I wish all employees would be accepting of everyone, I get that it will never happen (unfortunately). I tell the haters and genuinely questioning that it's about changing their behaviors and not about changing their beliefs.

Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. January 27 was chosen it is the day that Auschwitz, which consisted of 40 camps, was liberated by the Red Army in 1947. It is estimated that 1.3 million people were sent

Dr. King's message was one of equality and human rights. He advocated for peaceful protest and an end to injustice. I encourage everyone to reflect and act on Dr. King's messages.
