Does anyone have a reference handy that pushes back on n=30 being the magic number for "normality"?

I can't figure out where the 30 originated but I've always assumed it's just as arbitrary as p=0.05.

I'm late to the party, but this is great news!
There are already many articles for which there is more attention on Bluesky than on other comparable micro-blogging sites, meaning the academic community and the general public have clearly adopted Bluesky as one of its core places to disseminate and discuss new research.

Hello! First post here.

So good to see some familiar names that made the move from that other platform.

For those following me, expect posts about statistics, population health, and some social commentary for good measure.
