Took notes-as-poem at the town committee meeting last night & sheesh, are we a pack of weirdos. Democracy is corporeal & spectral, loud, cacophonous, attentive & quiet.
One woman exclaimed “Revive the festival!” Another referred to the past: a “Lady Landscape Artist.” Mysterious & wondrous stuff.
