Have you ever tried journaling? Or if you find writing difficult, video or audio journaling?
I find it a great way of organising my thoughts. That then helps me be more able to communicate them & often once they're organised I don't even need to.

Well I fell asleep on the new sofa watching The Never Ending Story. I slept for that long that it had ended by the time I woke up🫤
I'm pretty sure I'm going to be more than okay sleeping on it for a few days if I can't make it upstairs after my op.

I've gone from not knowing what day it was when I woke up to having quite a productive day. I caught up on my housework & used the extra space during couple of hours I didn't have a sofa to shift all the furniture & hoover all the corners a lot easier. We got the bigger sofa in quite easily.

I can't concentrate on work. So I'm spending today trying to find answers to questions like, how long will it take to recover & is there any weird side effects to be aware of.

I've not been able to touch anything with my little fingers without it feeling icky to the point of painful since I was about 6 or 7.
A month or so ago I broke the top knuckle of one of my little fingers & since then I can use the finger & touch things with it fine 🙃 I hope it stays this way.

I grew Raspberries & Strawberries & now I quite often pretend to be gardening, just so I can spend an hour daydreaming & secretly snacking 😄👍
