if we *are* going to talk ACA, RFK's HHS proposed a rule to remove *all trans care* from ACA essential health benefit status.
~25mil people are insured by ACA & if 1% are trans, that's 250,000 people who'd lose access to care.

Update on the triplets, you know I had to. They're 5-6 weeks old, and doing well. A bit shy which is fair. The finder is trying to trap mama for TNR bc as cute as they are, there are way too many kittens without homes!

Will's Ferrell's thoughts quoted here echo some of my own. There are trans folks I've known on both sides of their transitions. Getting to live as who they've always been makes a difference, and I want people, particularly the people I like and love, to be at home with their own selves.
