NEWS: IBM's proposed acquisition of HashiCorp isn't expected to close until Q1 2025, HashiCorp said today.

The companies had previously said the deal would close this year, but ongoing scrutiny from antitrust regulators appears to have delayed the timeline. $IBM $HCP
