Hey everyone I've got a new meditation out. Breathing Away Anxiety is a simple, grounding meditation meant to help dispel anxiety and reach a state of calm. This one is fairly simple, can be done under most circumstances, and is easy to adapt.

Polytheism's rather elegant answer to the problem of evil, which is that different beings have different definitions of what is beneficial, some of which are socially & ecologixally destructive, is one of the big reasons I'm happy as a Heathen & Pagan.
