Yes. Deportation flight to China.
We’ve confirmed this flight to Fuzhou, China was an ICE Air deportation flight—the third deportation flight to China this year, following flights on Jan 7 and June 3, 2025.
We have been monitoring an Omni flight (OAE3848) that landed in Fuzhou, China today. Though it’s unclear if this is a deportation, the flight has similar characteristics to past ICE routes to China. We will update here once we’re able to confirm.

How ridiculous- send 22 Cubans to GTMO this week and a few days later schedule the regular monthly deportation flight to Cuba.
Four days after 22 Cuban migrants were taken on an ICE Air flight to be detained at Guantánamo Naval Base, an ICE Air deportation flight is scheduled today from Alexandria, Louisiana, to Havana, Cuba. We will be monitoring in case the flight stops in GTMO to pick up the 22 Cubans

Venezuela still on pause.
ICE Flight Monitor did not track any deportation flights to Venezuela today or last Friday. Previously, deportation flights to Venezuela had been occurring twice weekly, on Wednesday and Friday mornings.

We have been monitoring an Omni flight (OAE3848) that landed in Fuzhou, China today. Though it’s unclear if this is a deportation, the flight has similar characteristics to past ICE routes to China. We will update here once we’re able to confirm.

An ICE Air flight (OAE3876) that departed El Paso, TX for Baltimore, MD yesterday—and was expected to make multiple deportation stops across SE Asia—has since returned to El Paso. It’s unclear whether the flight will resume its planned route.

Guantánamo is again holding detained migrants.
An ICE Air flight carried migrants from Alexandria, LA, to the US Naval Base at Guantánamo Bay today—the first migrants held at GTMO since October 17.

A quick sidenote about this; one reason I stay on X is specifically because of exchanges like this, where @davidjbier.bsky.social and I got a prominent government official to make a claim so outrageous that it’s now ricocheting around the internet and actively undermining official PR campaigns.
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

Russia deportation transfer made from this OMNI ICE Air and now the Iran deportation from Kuwait appears to be in motion.
A Kuwait Airways charter flight (KAC1515) just departed Kuwait Int’l Airport and is heading towards Tehran. This is likely the flight carrying Iranian nationals that were aboard the ICE Air flight (OAE3832) that departed Phoenix, AZ yesterday and landed in Kuwait.

UPDATE: The ICE Air flight (OAE3832) carrying Iranian and Russian nationals has just landed in Cairo, Egypt, where Russians are expected to be transferred to Russia. The flight is expected to continue on to Kuwait where Iranians will likely be transferred to Iran.
