An ICE Air flight (OAE4038) landed in New Delhi, India at about 2:30am ET. The flight departed Harlingen, TX late Sunday night and made refueling stops in Portsmouth, NH; Sofia, Bulgaria; and Doha, Qatar.

Today, an ICE Air flight originating in Alexandria, LA, with a stop in Miami, FL landed in Guantanamo Bay. After stopping in GTMO, the flight landed in Cap Haitien, Haiti.

Yesterday, we identified and confirmed a new charter airline that has begun operating for ICE. Air Wisconsin currently has 8 active planes conducting ICE routes. Together, they conducted ~60 domestic transfer flights in January, some of which included flights out of Minneapolis.

Yesterday, we identified and confirmed a new charter airline that has begun operating for ICE. Air Wisconsin currently has 8 active planes conducting ICE routes. Together, they conducted ~60 domestic transfer flights in January, some of which included flights out of Minneapolis.
In addition to deportation flights, Avelo has been conducting at least 2 domestic transfer routes per day, carrying people between detention centers in the U.S., since Jan. 27.

Today, an Avelo Airlines plane departed Mesa Gateway Airport in AZ, stopped in Harlingen, TX, and landed in Guatemala. This is the 4th deportation flight conducted by Avelo since the airline’s contract with ICE was scheduled to end on Jan. 27.

In January 2026, ICE Flight Monitor recorded no US deportation flights to Cuba. This marks a departure from the monthly flights that have occurred since April 2023, with the sole prior exception in October 2025, when a flight was missed due to a storm but offset by two flights in November.

El Paso has seen a sharp increase in domestic shuffle flights from Minnesota in January, according to data provided by @iceflightmonitor.bsky.social. There have been 26 flights from Minnesota to El Paso amidst the Trump administration's attacks on the state.

Today, an ICE Air flight (EAL8280) landed in Caracas, Venezuela from Phoenix, AZ, removing 273 Venezuelans. This marks the 2nd U.S. deportation flight to Venezuela this week, following a Monday flight that removed 128 Venezuelans.
