Those files are fucked up in new ways that I don’t have words for right now. I could write a mountain on the moot issue alone.

Between that, AI stupidity, and markets… today has been tiring.

At least I get back in a race car this weekend.

People already working hard to prove how perfect Alex Pretti was. To show he didn't "deserve" to be killed. But it's a trap folks. You're only feeding into a dynamic where people who are considered lesser get no protection. You don't have to be an Alex Pretti to deserve to live.

Yet another day of finding the US banking and wire system to be an absolute chore to deal with

Crypto has a litany of problems, but at least when I want to move money, *it just moves*

...as opposed to a certain US bank that feels it's appropriate to throw a 2-day delay on a flow I've used before

Being in London during part of Monte Carlo is fantastic because I can just watch coverage right from the hotel room.

On my flight to London yesterday, some guy made an entire mug of tea and then spilled it on my laptop.

And *today* a few keys died.

Wish they’d died on the spot, lol… such a pain in the ass to deal with now.

@jongraywb.bsky.social saw this flyer in Seattle recently and did a double take because it reminded me of your older art style. Is there a label you’d call it? Dunno why I never thought to ask after all these years.

(Wish there was an artist name on the flyer)

Managed to find time to sneak in a quick Macau visit. The Grand Prix museum they have there is really cool - and would be a great thing to visit with kids, some of the things they've got set up there are fun!

Always wanted to visit here - curiosity about the Portuguese aspect of history was intriguing, on top of the regular things you’d associate with Macau (i.e, gambling and racing). K...

A shot of Hong Kong from the other day. I really love the red cabs - so iconic looking.

Slowly climbing up through Central Hong Kong. The vertical architecture is amazing - and this road struck out at me as photogenic.

Seeing people line up along the Hong Kong waterfront for NYE and not sure why that is. Fireworks were canceled...

But it also seems like hotels did a poor job of informing guests? Kind of weird.

All of Fuji Speedway to myself, in wet weather. What an experience! Still easy time left on the table but getting up to speed on the car. Need to drive it more in dry weather.

I have seen the prototype MR2 rally car (Toyota 222D) in person.

I know it's been documented and all that but for me it's still got that urban legend vibe surrounding it. Just so damn cool.
