I went to a bakery today and the cashier was wearing a “Gay and Tired” shirt in huge letters. I told her I loved it and as she was frantically sorting through a bunch of papers/receipts she responded without eye contact “Oh. thanks… it’s not gonna change” I felt that.

This is Jerry Lawson. He invented the video game cartridge for the Fairchild Channel F system. Because of his invention, many consoles had cartridges and CD formats and would become the norm.
The Atari 2600, NES, Genesis, and many consoles wouldn't exist without him.
