Is Texas AG/convicted felon Ken Paxton publicly asking people to commit a felony to try to enforce the dumbass bathroom law?

Does the FBI believe that Evan Ross, Paris Jackson, and Prince Jackson are Epstein victims?

What was the (legally required) reason given for this redaction?

(I know they were just trying to slime Clinton, but they're supposed to be professionals. Take some time to do at least half-assed work).
Wild — as the community note says, Trump’s DOJ released a publicly available pic of MJ & Clinton & Diana Ross with their own kids and implied it’s them with victims

They aren’t just redacting, they’re doctoring

There was a brief time in 2021/2022 when I thought I was a financial genius when I invested $100 in the stock market and turned it into just over $3,000 in a couple of months.

So I guess my 2026 will end with God melting some Nazis.

Trump, who spent so much time during his campaign complaining about government installations, landmarks, and other things having their names changed, changed the name of yet another thing today.

The failure of the government to robustly enforce Anti-Trust laws has done a significant amount of damage to the United States, particularly to those in the middle class and below.

And love that two versions of the AI were made useless within hours of their deployment.

So, is it Donald Trump's opinion that George W. Bush should have started another war before leaving office (with Venezuela over oil)?

I mean, the war for oil part would have been on brand, but I feel like GWB was already having some war issues by 2007.
December 18, 2025 at 11:31 PM
I'm no economist or political expert, but it seems to me that when people are concerned about the price of things being too high, starting a war that will drive up oil/gas prices might not be a crowd-pleaser.

I know a virtual desktop is different than a VPN, but both result in the website seeing a different IP than the location the person is physically at. We used virtual desktops for my accounting work. It'd be crazy if Abacus and RightNetworks and all them started getting stared down by Indiana.
Porn sites must block VPNs to comply with Indiana's age-verification law, state suggests in new lawsuit

Jesus.
ICE pepper-sprayed this 1-year-old girl.

Once at the hospital, the doctor had to call in a poison control specialist.

They had never seen anyone that young pepper sprayed.

Another horrific story.

More details below.

The 4th Amendment doesn't seem to be as beloved by the Courts as some of the other ones are.
this is a general warrant and it's specifically the kind of warrant the framers passed the 4th amendment to outlaw
WOW. @haleaziz.bsky.social with a new scoop: ICE now gets a running list of every person who is going to be taking a domestic flight inside the United States from the TSA and runs it through their database looking for targets. This explains the Babson College student's arrest.

I hadn't thought about the children of spies. Now I need to finally watch that Keri Russell show to see if this gets covered.
Persons not under the jurisdiction of the crown, because the king’s sovereignty did not control them, were not natural-born subjects.

"social-justice advocacy" in this case meaning enforcing civil rights laws like IDEA, ADA, Rehabilitation Act, etc.

No matter how much you shelter your kid from the world, they will eventually be out in it.

It was sure easier to send my daughter to college as an informed person rather than a doe-eyed innocent who gets gobsmacked when that shelter wall is no longer there.
The key point from one of the trustees: it's parents' responsibility to guide their children's reading.

MAGA is full of fundamentally lazy people who don't want to parent their children.
A few dozen people were very mad that the governing board of the Randolph County libraries told them to pound sand when they demanded a book be censored

So the Republican-run County Commission fired everyone on the Library's Board of Trustees

How far away are we, does anyone think, from Trump starting to fire Article III judges?

All the Constitution says is that they can hold their offices during times of good behavior, but several of Trump's executive branch firings are what he claims to be 'for cause' (which would imply bad behavior).
