I'm closer to 40 and 30 and all my body aches stem from things I do or don't do, outside of one or two things that I have going chronically since youth. I've always felt the "I am broken since 25" stuff has been somewhat exaggerated or at least not universal.

so far the only explanation i've seen that doesn't smack of "if only she'd listen to me she would have won" is "global discontent with incumbents because of inflation and post-pandemic malaise + toxic information environments"

It ain't happening. Like it or not, it's happening all the same. Ukraine was a proxy for the West and the West is not going to do what it takes to win the war - the crucial point was never to win the war, it was to bleed the US competitor/rival Russia and capture the European market for US capital.
