This is a very confusing name for a new political group, as well as a confusing headline, because "Reform" already has a specific meaning within Judaism.

Unless the Reform Party (UK) has a position on Torah min haShemayim (et al.), they should think about rebranding this somehow.

There's a quartet of corpulent robins playing in the snow on our back porch, and both our cats are enraged. Blake is suffused with the murderous fury of a thousand generations of her ancestors. Archimedes is so angry he's could levitate.

Sadly our windows are closed, so murder will have to wait.

I know this is not the main issue, but why does the US President sound like a character from a poorly localised video game? "It was quite a display of abuse and anger, for all to see, crazed and out of control." Are you a town elder in a JRPG?
Just a fundamentally evil, malevolent person. Rotten to the very core.

More targeting of legal observers in Maine. People need to be aware that there are abuses by ICE occurring nationwide, not just Minnesota.

I'm trying to look at the bright side potential of a week-plus of freezing temps: this could do wonders to put a dent in the local rat population.

Well, this is interesting:
- fever gone
- cough gone
- senses of taste and smell *also* gone, suddenly, eight days into whatever this is

I've never been anosmic before, and it's a very odd experience. I can see why this causes weight loss for chronic sufferers.

Still negative for COVID. /shrug

I have many books I no longer need or want. But the local library doesn't take donations anymore, used bookstores are selective about what they buy, and simply binning them all feels wrong.

So I'm going to dress like a ninja and start seeding them in all the Little Free Libraries within 5 miles.
