You know what? They've started using authentic colouring on sanitary towel adverts and, as it turns out, I'd quite like the blue back.

Those mocking Polanski for tearing up about greyhounds completely miss the point.

We’ve been governed by sociopaths for 15 years who let 250,000 die from austerity and cheered & laughed their way through it all.

Finally, we have someone capable of empathy.

Just checking, it's now ok to flee your homeland, because you're afraid for your safety, and seek refuge in another Country?

Glad we've cleared that up. Let's hear no more about immigration and refugees then.

Sultana is taking this line a lot and I have two worries about it: first, it trivialises a horrifying and serious situation and reduces it to a factional smear, with some infantile pleasure in using the epithet. Cf the 'besties with a nonce' line in the chamber.
Utterly moronic comment.

No wonder Your Party is circling the plughole.

Really proud to be the LGBT+ Trailblazer of the year.

And so proud of the real trailblazers - like my boyfriend - who works in palliative care.

Our NHS workers, our teachers, our cleaners.

The people who keep our country running.

And LGBT+ History month matters. Representation matters.

The high court has ruled the UK government acted unlawfully in order to protect a genocidal state.
The rights of British citizens were taken taken away, thousands arrested, many charged simply for holding a sign.
The labour government behaved like despotic regime so now must correct it's failures

This one I think would be really useful. We are becoming increasingly aware of Ultra Processed Food and associated problems. Customers should be given the tools to make informed choices.

Labour’s claimed a poll from Gorton and Denton shows it’s the only party which can beat Reform UK.

But its bar chart is based on a very small sample size, and experts told us the poll can’t reliably show how support for the main parties compares.

It's time for a different kind of politics.

We used to have one of those door knockers. It used to knock itself. My mother stole it from the spooky house we lived in. Years later put it on our front (side) door. It used to rip itself out the wood and continued to knock when you could see no one had walked up to it.
My new book, exploring folk tales in Lincolnshire, is now available for pre-order! Publication: April 2026.
