I serve on the board of the Portland Playhouse and I’ve expected that we’d get hit eventually. Joe Turner's Come and Gone by the great August Wilson is a wonderful piece of American art, but it’s not a surprise why the government would not see it that way.

Portland can be and should be a thriving and welcoming city at all hours.
Absolutely serious about this: we need a public commission to boost night time business ops and night life culture. We have lost many evening and night time services in recent years.
