The protests are not for Trump to see, they are so you can all see each other and grow. It's not the protest itself that tyrants are afraid of, but the networks and community you can grow from them. Your strength is your unity and that's why the enemy thrives by demoralizing and dividing you. #3E

Does Trump understand that the "insurrection Act" is a law thats intended to stop an insurrection? Because he seems to think he can use it to create his own insurrection.

BREAKING:

The Virginia state Senate just passed a constitutional amendment to pave the way for a mid-decade redistricting push.

If voters support the amendment, Virginia's Democratic-controlled Legislature could redraw the state's congressional map before the midterms.

I don't need to tell you that we are rapidly approaching a full-on civil war here in the US.

I think that Trump is very ill, worse than we thought, and the crazies in charge are trying to do whatever they can to hurt Americans before he dies. They know once he goes, so does MAGA.

I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

We are relieved that in Tincher v. Noem et al. the court has issued a preliminary injunction. The ACLU-MN is hopeful that it will prevent further First Amendment violations like the ones that have been harming Minnesotans since the start of “Operation Metro Surge.”

A federal judge issued a nationwide (technically a national class) “declaratory” judgment that the Trump administration’s mandatory detention policy is unlawful. The Trump administration’s response has been to say that it is not bound by the ruling and the judge can go pound sand.
New: The nation's chief immigration judge told her colleagues this week that they are not bound by a federal court ruling that declared the Trump administration cannot place thousands of people in mandatory detention without an opportunity to be released on bond. www.reuters.com/legal/govern...
