I've been in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) since I left the service 3 years ago.It started out one way and has meandered through so many different levels to the point where I'm at now. I'm much more balanced and measured.
I highly highly recommend ANY therapy that Vets can get from the VA.
